*Refund & Returns Policy:*
1. The "As-Is" Acknowledgment:
All vehicles sold through JAI BAJRANGBALI MOTORS are pre-owned. Unless otherwise stated in writing, vehicles are sold "As-Is" with no broad right of return once the title has been transferred, except as required by local consumer protection laws.
2. Inspection & Verification Period:
We encourage every buyer to perform a third-party inspection before completing a purchase.
Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI): Buyers are welcome to bring a mechanic to our site or request the vehicle be taken to a local shop (within a 3KM radius) at the buyer's expense.
Final Sale: Once the Bill of Sale is signed and the vehicle leaves the premises, the sale is considered final.
3. Limited Buy-Back / Exchange Guarantee (Optional):
If you choose to offer a "cooling-off" period, include this section:
We offer a [3-Day/50KM] money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your vehicle, you may return it for a refund or exchange, provided:
The vehicle is in the exact same condition as when it was sold.
The vehicle has not been involved in any accidents or sustained new damage.
A [Amount] restocking fee may apply to cover administrative and titling costs.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
The following fees and items are strictly non-refundable:
Vehicle history report fees (e.g., CAR-TAX).
Third-party inspection fees.
Registration, titling, and documentation fees paid to government agencies.
Shipping or delivery charges.
5. Mechanical Issues post-Sale
If a major mechanical defect (Engine or Transmission) is discovered within 15 days of purchase that was not disclosed at the time of sale, JAI BAJRANGBALI MOTORS will:
Repair the defect at our approved service center.
Offer a partial credit toward future services.
In extreme cases, rescind the sale and provide a full refund of the purchase price.
